Genre-defining, Portugal’s Velvet Kills are Su Eko on Vocals/Bass and Harris Iveson on Guitar/Synths, together creating a noise one could describe as synth-punk with erotic tendencies. Taken from their 2017 album “Mischievous Urges“, this opening track’s sound is almost tribal in tone, a slow, deliberate ancient pagan ritual — a soundtrack to Caligula.
